The Integrated Project Coordination Center (IPCC) is a project unit within the Ministry of Coordination of Special Projects and Access to Funds (MCPEAF), responsible for the integrated coordination and technical implementation of the Cape Verdean government’s portfolio of special projects.

The CCIP ensures holistic management of the project life cycle, promoting rigorous, transparent, and efficient management of resources, from project design and monitoring through to technical, financial, and procurement implementation.

In coordination with funders, technical and financial partners, public and private entities, and other stakeholders, the CCIP contributes to the implementation of infrastructure projects and the achievement of Cape Verde’s development priorities.
