Assess and document the project from an environmental and social perspective and also outline specific actions to ensure good environmental and social performance of the project and subprojects, based on up-to-date information, a study of the best alternatives and measures to mitigate the identified impacts, definition of responsibilities in the implementation of the recommended actions, in addition to establishing the means and resources that, in proportion to the assessed risks, will enable the implementation of the listed actions.
