The Project for Improving Connectivity and Urban Infrastructure in Cape Verde aims to improve access to urban and transport infrastructure that is resilient to climate change in specific areas of Cape Verde. Through its five components, the project aims to improve the resilience of urban and community infrastructure, connectivity, and the resilience of transport services, as well as providing technical assistance to strengthen transport asset management capacity.

This project will support sustainable development, poverty reduction, and territorial inequalities in Cape Verde through specially integrated investments covering the transport and urban sectors in specific areas of the country. The project will improve the quality of life of communities through urban and territorial redevelopment in selected municipalities and increase the resilience of connections between municipalities.
Exceptionally, this project will be managed by:
♦ 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁é𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝘂 𝗿𝗮𝘀, 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘁ó𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮çã𝗼 (𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝟭, 𝟮 𝗲 𝟰. 𝟭) is responsible for the overall management of the project.
