The Social Inclusion project aims to support the Cabo Verdean government's efforts to build an effective social protection system that promotes social and productive inclusion by: building delivery systems for outreach, targeting and program management, and supporting the expansion of the Social Inclusion Income Program.

This Project is part of the Government's program for a social protection system that promotes social and productive inclusion in Cabo Verde. And it is in this context that the Government of Cabo Verde has negotiated with the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group the financing for this project for a total amount of US$ 10,000,000 (ten million US dollars).
