As part of the construction project for the Ribeira das Patas Health Center, a team from the Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE) visited the site on July 24 to closely monitor the progress of the works and assess the finishing work in progress.
The main objective of this project is to ensure access to essential health services for the population of Ribeira das Patas and surrounding areas, with a focus on primary care, disease prevention, and health promotion.
The Health Center is a modern two-story facility, financed by the World Bank under the “Cape Verde COVID-19 Emergency Response” project, implemented by UGPE.
