The Special Projects Management Unit (UGPE), represented by its Coordinator, Nuno Gomes, and the Human Capital Project Manager, Clarisse Silva, met this Wednesday, July 15, with the Minister of Family, Inclusion, Social Development, and Labor, Adélsia Almeida, to present a status update on the Human Capital Project to the new ministerial team.

During the meeting, the UGPE presented the status of implementation of activities under Subcomponents 3.1 and 3.2 and Component 6, under the coordination and technical supervision of the MFIDST, as well as the main results achieved and the challenges requiring attention and short-term decisions.

Among the topics discussed were the storage of data from the Single Social Registry (CSU), the sustainability of the system, the continuation of Productive Inclusion and Family Monitoring activities, as well as the expansion of access to quality child care services.

With a view to ensuring the effective implementation of the planned activities and the achievement of the Human Capital Project’s objectives, the UGPE and the new MFIDST team reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening collaboration and institutional coordination.
