Monitor the implementation of agreed actions to mitigate the negative environmental and social impacts of the project and enhance the positive impacts.  The ongoing assessment of the project's environmental and social performance includes, among other activities, visits to infrastructure to detect compliance or non-compliance with applicable national and international regulations, ongoing assessment of project and/or subproject risks, and preparation of performance reports.
