The Technology Park Project - Phase II (PTCV) aims to create an enabling environment with appropriate incentives to improve the growth of the country's digital economy, improve productivity, and increase economic resilience; attract and stimulate the creation of innovative private sector companies and technically capable companies focused on "green" products and services, which are necessary to support the country's economic growth and create jobs for its youth; promote the development of a skilled technological workforce that can be outsourced for back-office operations in software development and cloud hosting; build the resilience of the ICT sector to the impact of climate change.

The Technology Park Project (PTCV) - Phase II aims to transform the country into a digital and innovation hub through the implementation of a state-of-the-art technology park, with the capacity to host, support, and promote companies and different types of entities in a collaborative and innovative environment, with strong external partnerships and high visibility at the national and international levels, thus contributing to inclusive, climate-resilient, low-carbon growth and the country's economic diversification, leveraging ICT as enablers of productivity and innovation in all growth sectors.
